会社を設立する時はみな、自分が儲けるためにということからはじめます。
しかし、儲けようだけでは決して儲かりません。
まず人に儲けたといって喜んで頂いてそして自分は後で少しだけを頂けばよいと思ってやっていれば儲かるようになるものです。
就職する人も、はじめは自分のためにと思って就職しますが、しかしそれだけを考えていたのではいつか必ず必要とされなくなってしまいます。
会社のためを考え、会社が儲かるようにと努力して、自分は少しだけと思っていると、必ず大事な人材として会社は大切にしてくれるようになるはずです。
結婚も、はじめは自分が幸せになりたくて結婚をしますが、しかし、先に相手を幸せにしなければ決して自分も幸せになることはできません。
これは自然界の厳然たる法則ではないでしょうか。
ところが世の中には思い込みの激しい人がいるもので、いつまでもいつまでも自分のためしか全く考えていない人もいます。
そういう人は絶対に幸せにはなりません。いつ倒産するか、いつ首になるか、いつ離婚をすることになるかしれない人です。
広い沖に出るためには、面舵をいっぱいに切って方向を大きく変えなければならない時があるのではないでしょうか。
目先の欲ばかりを考えていると、いつまでも港から出られないことになるかもしれません。
