人はみな「自分はこれで良い筈だ！」と思って生きています。



 ところが上司には厳しい人が居て、どんなに立派につとめても

100点をつけない人が居ます。まだその上を望む人が居るものです。



 だから、「申し訳ない！申し訳ない！」をお許しいただきながら

つとめるのが本物なのかもしれません。



 簡単にいつも良し良し、と多目に見て誉めてくれる上司が居たら

それを甘やかしというのかもしれません。

「甘やかしは毒薬である」という有名な言葉があります。



 絶対に甘やかしてはいけません。甘くみられては手に負えない人間に

落ちてゆきます。

もう再び上げてゆくことはできなくなるからです。



どんなにつとめて１００点は貰えないものだと思わせることは

残酷なようですがその時は両方が辛くても、それで慣れたほうが

はるかに無限に成長する人間になります。

めったに誉めないほうが、効き目があります。



良いことをして、いつも叱られる人間を作ることが出来たなら、

この上なくすばらしいものではないでしょうか。



人間は叱られる度に見方が広くなって賢くなれるからです。

 Better to be scolded.



People have tendency to thing that "I am all right".

However, there are some bosses who never get satisfied. 

No matter how hard you try, he/she will never give you 100 points.

A successful person will keep on trying, keep on asking forgiveness from the superior.

An easy-going, sweet boss is spoiling the employee.

There is a saying, "Permissiveness is a poison"

You should never spoil the employee. Once he go down, it is extremely hard to pull him back up.

It might seem too harsh to let them believe that they will never receive 100 points,

and both side suffer at that point.  But once they get used to it, they have indefinite potential. 



It is wonderful to create a person who gets scolded at all times.

Because the more they get scolded, the smarter they become.
